The Paleo Diet is somewhat of an mystery for most people. There are a lot of opinions on what many of us in the “diet” world think about this diet, but not a lot of information that clearly defines it. Here is my take on this new diet.

For one, if you look at our ancient cave man ancestors, you will notice that anthropologist say that they did not have many health issues. They did not die from heart attacks, obesity, or cancer. One must wonder why those three areas kill most of those who eat a Western diet.

There is enough data to support the ancestral way of living, as a way to live a healthy life. Most studies show that if you choose a Paleo diet or ancestral way of living, you can be void of many diseases that are killing most Americans and others who have a Western diet.
